We are located 2 km from Takaka township just off Takaka Valley Highway (SH 60), going south from Takaka (direction Nelson).

We are part of the the Golden Bay Integrated Family Health Centre that is located on the corner of the Takaka Valley Highway and Central Takaka Rd.

There is ample parking.

Walk in to the main entrance to find the physiotherapy rooms.
